When you place an order at Cowboysbag.com, we need information about you in order to be able to deliver the order to you. Our privacy policy applies to all personal data of anyone who has (had) contact with Cowboysbag, such as visitors, customers and business contacts. Personal data are all data that can be traced back to someone as a person. This may include your name, address, place, telephone number and email address, but also data such as an IP address, customer number and other data that are unique to you as an individual. This includes, for example, order history and surfing behavior.

We receive this personal information directly from you when you visit our website, create an account and fill in the information or contact our customer service.
In some cases, we receive your information from others. When someone sends a gift directly to you, we receive your name and address details. We may also obtain information from other parties, but only if you have given those parties permission to provide certain information to us.

Data for processing your order
When you place an order at Cowboysbag.com, we need certain information in order to be able to deliver the order and to keep you informed about the status of your order. This information is also required for possible returns or repairs. For this purpose, we collect the following data:

We need this information to process the agreement you have entered (or with one of our sales partners). Your data will be saved until you indicate that it should be deleted.

We will store the following information in your Cowboysbag account:

- Date of birth (if you have given one)
- Payment details

In the account we also save your order history, including the delivery options you have chosen. In addition, we store in your account the interests you have indicated, such as the wish list.
We will keep your data in the account as long as you are an active customer of Cowboysbag. If you have not logged in for more than five years, we will delete all your data. Of course, it is possible to delete your data from the account at any time.

Details of your contact with customer service
Our customer service is available from Monday to Saturday and you can contact us in a way you like. Send an email, call us or contact us via social media. For example, via Facebook.
Because we store your data, we can help you more quickly at the next contact moment. We save this information as long as you are an active customer.

An optimized shopping experience
We offer many articles in our webshop. In order to prevent you from getting lost in all this information, we would like to help you find what you are looking for. To ensure that our website functions optimally, we use IP addresses, information about the device and operating system you use, information about your Internet browser and language settings.

In order to ensure that our services run as smoothly as possible, we use third parties:
- PostNL and B2C Europe: in order to be able to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, both at home and abroad.
- Freshdesk: via this system we process all digital requests from our customer service (mail and chat).
- Google Analytics
- Google, Criteo and Barilliance: Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence.

Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence means that we are looking for potential customers who meet certain online behaviors that match those of our customers. For this we use the services of Google, Criteo and Barilliance.

Accessing, modifying, deleting or data portability of personal data
Would you like to view, request, change or delete your personal data? This is possible when you have an account. To do so, go to the Bagyard area and navigate to the Privacy tab. Here you can easily view, modify or delete your account. Please note that when deleting your account, you will no longer have access to your digital invoices. The saved Baggies will be lost and you will no longer receive any service emails from us. We strive to be able to help you immediately via the Bagyard. If this is not possible due to a technical problem, please contact our customer service. They will process your request within one month and give you feedback.

Profiling
We collect personal data to provide the best possible service and to find new customers. We analyse and combine this data and use it to look for connections and patterns. This means we can show new customers ads to familiarise them with our products, services and activities. For existing customers, this means that they can be shown personalised campaigns - if permission has been given by the customer. For example receiving a discount code when it's your birthday or receiving a newsletter based on your interests or demographic information. If you have not given your permission, you will only be able to find remarketing ads. This applies to everyone who uses our website and agrees to our cookie policy. Did you give permission, but would you like to withdraw it? Then you can always delete your cookies, unsubscribe from our services or delete your account.

Our services are not aimed at children. For this reason, children under the age of 16 must have received explicit permission from their parent/guardian before they make use of our services.
