Return Conditions

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If you do not return your items within 14 days after having received your items from Cowboysbag, we assume that you accept the items.

We only accept items if:

  • They are returned in the original package
  • They are not damaged and are unused
  • The return form is included

Please note that you will have to cover the shipping costs yourself. The reimbursement of the costs of the returned items will be done once the unused/undamaged items are received by Cowboysbag within the 14 days specified.


1. Fill in the return form and tell us what item you want to return.
2. Cut of the form and add it to the package. Make sure to close the parcel well.
3. Send your package.


Take your parcel to a drop off point or post office and please keep the receipt as your proof of postage. We may ask for this receipt when we need to check the status of your return parcel.

Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item?

Please contact us at [email protected] or call us at +31 10 261 31 04. In case of a damaged item, please send us a picture along with your invoice number. We will assess your complaint as soon as possible.
